AI brand activation
AI brand activation for startups, founders and new brands
A visible brand before there is a product, a set or a warehouse — pitch visuals, campaign assets and launch film from one production.
Overview
New brands face a chicken-and-egg problem: good imagery needs a product, and investors, retail and first customers need good imagery. Generative production breaks that loop. GOODARTSY develops and produces the visual activation of a brand before the first production run exists — from sketches, CAD data, moodboards or simply a clear idea.
Definition
What brand activation without a finished product means
Brand activation means making a brand experienced rather than described. Classically that happens through events, sampling and campaigns. Generatively it happens through imagery — product visualisation, scenes, moments of use and film that show how the brand feels before it physically exists.
Output
What comes out of the first weeks
- Visual foundation: visual language, colour world, look frames
- Product visualisation without a prototype — from CAD, sketch or reference
- Pitch and investor material: key visuals, slide assets, a short film
- Website and landing page imagery for the pre-launch
- Social series and ads in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9
- Launch film as a 30–60 second cut with cutdowns
Production routes
Classic, hybrid and generative compared
For early-stage brands the generative or hybrid route is usually the only one that fits the timeline. Once real products exist, production moves gradually into hybrid without breaking the visual language.
- Classic: highest material accuracy, needs prototype, set and crew — the longest lead time
- Hybrid: first real footage plus generative worlds, variants and set extensions
- Generative: starts without a physical product, delivers many motifs fast, requires careful checking against later reality
Who it is for
When this pays off
- Founding teams ahead of a first funding round
- Brands before product launch or market entry
- Crowdfunding and pre-order campaigns
- Rebrands testing a new visual world before the switch
- Corporate ventures and new product lines inside established companies
Legal
Rights, reality and disclosure
Two limits are strict: what is shown must match what will later be delivered — misleading product depiction is not creative latitude. And synthetic content is documented and, where the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act require it, labelled. Usage rights to the assets sit with you within the agreed scope.
Vertical
Launch content from day one
Vertical clips for social, waitlist campaigns and pre-launch ads — produced before the product physically exists and extended with real footage later.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is AI brand activation?
The visual commissioning of a brand with generative means: visual language, product visualisation, campaign assets and film are created before classic production would be possible or economical.
Does it work without a finished product?
Yes, that is the core of it. The basis is CAD data, renderings, sketches, material samples or detailed descriptions. The more precise the source, the closer the imagery is to later reality.
Is this suitable for investor pitches?
Yes, as long as it is clear these are visualisations and not photographs of a production unit. We label accordingly — which also serves credible communication with investors.
What does a brand activation cost?
Compact packages with visual language, key visuals and a social series start in the mid four-figure range. Larger activations with a launch film, several products and adaptations sit in the five figures.
How long until the first assets?
Look frames typically arrive after one to two weeks, a first complete asset set after three to four weeks — depending on approvals and available material.
What if the real product later differs?
Then the assets are updated. Because the visual system is documented, motifs can be reproduced with the real product without redeveloping the visual language.
Do you also do brand strategy and naming?
No. Positioning, naming and brand strategy come from you or from specialised partners. We translate the brand visually and produce the assets.
Does a logo or corporate design come with it?
A full corporate design system is not our field. We work with the basics you have and build the still and moving image language from there.
Can we move to classic production later?
Yes, and that is the normal path. Once products, locations and budget exist, the hybrid or classic route makes sense — the visual language developed stays in place.
Which industries does this suit?
Particularly consumer products, beauty, food, fashion, hardware and tech products that need explanation — wherever an image convinces faster than a description.
Who owns the assets created?
Usage rights sit with you within the agreed scope, including use in pitch decks, on the website, in social and in paid media.
